Theo Hotz (1928-2018) was a respected and often-awarded Swiss architect as well as an avid and important art collector. This copy has been SIGNED BY HOTZ on the half-title and elaborately inscribed with multiple colored felt-tip pens to the former editor of BusinessWeek magazine, Stephen B. Shepard. Laid-in is a signed letter from the architect along with his biography and two magazine clippings of work by Hotz that received awards.
