Hoot-Hoot, Goodnight - Hardcover

Hoot-Hoot, Goodnight is a hand-painted goodnight story I wrote for my daughter before she was born. The story I wrote had no intention of ever becoming a book. However, my neighbor painted a mural in my daughter's bedroom, and I jokingly mentioned to her that she should illustrate my story. One crazy idea and nearly three years in the making, led to Hoot-Hoot, Goodnight, which was published and released in November of 2015. At the time of publication, both the author, Scott McNally, and illustrator, Robyn McNaull, lived in Woodbury, MN.In 2016, Hoot-Hoot, Goodnight was recognized with two awards. It won the silver medal for the national Moonbeam Award for the best children's book. Hoot-Hoot, Goodnight also was a finalist for a Midwest Book Award for best illustration.

In this soothing bedtime book, the sun is setting on the wild critter in Emma's great big yard. While Emma drifts off to sleep, help her dad find all the left-behind items from her wagon so she'll be ready to explore during tomorrow's great day!
