Kenneth S. Cohen, M.A., M.S.Th. is a renowned author, health educator, Qigong Master, and scholar/practitioner of indigenous medicine. Ken speaks and reads the Chinese language, and his academic training includes graduate study of Taoism, psychology, and theology. Among indigenous people, Cohen is highly respected as a traditional healer. He trained in healing, spiritual, and ceremonial ways with traditional elders from several nations. Ken is a member of the Red Cedar Circle and other medicine societies and in 1987 was formally adopted by a Cree family from Canada. He also studied African Medicine, including five years of Zulu Medicine with Ingwe, in the lineage of the High Holy Man (Sanusi) Vusamazulu Credo Mutwa, and initiation as a high shaman (dibia) of the Igbo of Nigeria.
