About the Author:
Julia is a breast cancer survivor and she wrote this book to help you sort through the myriad of information and options. She hopes this book empowers you to take your life and your healing into your own hands. It is the cumulative wisdom borne of experience. Julia grew up in Greenwich, CT. She worked in the travel industry as a meeting planner which afforded her many opportunities to visit many continents. Today, Julia lives in Fort Lauderdale, FL where she actively pursues health and wellness through running, roller blading and Pilates.
