I am not usually the type to write emails of this nature, but I feel like I owe you a big thank you. My sister gave me The Healthy Family as a gift. I did what I always do with cook books and put it on the shelf.
Then, one day, I pulled out your book and actually read it. I have never felt so inspired. I immediately thought I can do this! I rearranged my kitchen, bought some key kitchen tools I was missing, and started in. We just got through our second time around going through all 7 meal plans and my life has completely changed. We've gotten to the point where we can make our own meal plans, but we still like using yours. Your other cookbooks are on my wishlist for all gift occasions.
