Richard J. Maturi, a widely respected author, wrote more than 1,200 articles appearing in national and regional publications. Mr. Maturi is also the author of twenty-one books including the following biographies, written in conjunction with his wife, Mary, Francis X. Bushman: A Biography and Filmography, Beverly Bayne: Queen of the Movies, and Will Rogers, Performer. Five of his books have been book club selections. He attended the University of Notre Dame, received his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Minnesota-Duluth, and his MBA from Oregon State University. Maturi has appeared on numerous radio and television shows. He and Mary live in the Laramie Range of Wyoming’s Rockies.
