Children's BookwatchRECOMMENDED FOR TEACHERS
Sharon MacDonald offers a great selection of diverse types of activities in this book. In addition, she provides a brief explanation of each area that she has created activities for at the beginning of each chapter. This provides an educational component for the teacher which takes the book beyond a recipe book of ideas.
I would highly recommend this book for a new teacher because of the educational component, the helpful hints and the broad scope of the activities. --Early Childhood Specialist, Chicago Children's Museum
